Operations Manager - Projects, Oil & Gas

The primary function of the role is to create and implement a strategy for business development and operations in line with overall company strategy and policies for the PROM Business Field.
Your Role
Your role is to develop profitable operations as well as sales contribution from a base of existing customers whilst seeking new business opportunities. The FG will be the leading the PROM position in the country . Duties and responsibilities are carried out in line with Corporate PROM policies and in close partnership with corporate resources and other business fields and functional units
Your Responsibilities
- Acquire / support the new business and supports the account management
- Direct / support the business development process (tender analysis, solution design, costing, pricing and service offering)
- Monitors
market trends in order to identify new business opportunities
(acquisition candidates, new services, business partners, etc.)
- Set
/ manage carrier’s strategy, including managing local carrier’s
contacts, rates negotiations, and bilateral process in alignment to the
framework of the global preferred carrier program
- Ensure
efficient PROM operations and continuously optimizes the operations; and
increases productivity by implementing standard processes in line with
corporate guidelines and targets (such as Data Quality)
- Generate and provide all the required reports for corporate PROM
- Take full responsibility for the department P/L and for the preparation, presentation and implementation of budget / targets
- Work
closely with sales department to develop existing business and
facilitate the generation of new business for budget achievement
Your Skills And Experiences- Minimum Professional Certification, preferred Bachelors degree
- You have 5 to 10 years of international and leadership experience
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Logistics, as well as Contract Logistics and Overland
- You have experience in all transport modes including procedures, documentation, carrier capabilities and quotations
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- You are strong in analysis and problem solving and you have high level of energy and self-motivation
- You are strong and competent team player in a multicultural environment
- You speak English, preferred Arabic

Job Title: Sr Project Manager
Objective :
To act as the technical and project lead for the design review and construction phases of the project
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
> lead the site project teams throughout all phases of the project
> report to internal and external stakeholders on project status and forecast
> manage contractors, subcontractors and OEM suppliers during he different phases of the project
> ensure the project is run on-time and within the budget parameters as defined by the client
QUALIFICATIONS
Min 15 years experience working in the Power sector working with an EPC/ Developer
Must have completed at least 3 CCGT/CCPP projects as Project Manager
BSc in relevant Engineering Discipline from a reputed University

Shop Foreman has proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance. Preferred areas of experience commercial or military shall be with light or heavy duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle. Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills to diagnose, align, and repair failed and damaged systems. Preferred experience should include; simultaneous maintenance, modification and repair projects on a variety of maintenance actions, tasks or repairs. Demonstrated experience in providing formal, over the shoulder, and on the spot training to contractor and unit personnel. Preferred experience should include; simultaneous maintenance, modification and repair projects on a variety of maintenance actions, tasks or repairs. Proven communicator in verbal and written disciplines to include basic computer skills and document preparation.
Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or equivalent, 6 years maintenance experience of which at least 4 years is experience with MRAP vehicles.
