ICT Expert: university degree, with at least 10 years of professional experience and at least 5 years of experience in developing, designing and implementing ICT systems in road transport field, international experience in technical assistance projects, fluency in English language.
Communication Specialist: BSc/BA in public relations, communications or relevant field, with at least 15 years’ experience in the design and/or implementation of public communication strategies, must be fluent in English and Arabic languages.
Procurement Expert: university degree, with at least 15 years of professional experience and at least 5 years of experience in transport field, international experience in technical assistance projects, fluency in English language.
