A Production Manager is required for a food Company in Erbil /Iraq:Qualification:
• A degree in (chemical, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or relevant field
• Proven experience at least 10+ years in the food industry precisely (Chips, Biscuit, Pasta).
• Deep knowledge in production management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Job Description:
• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
• Ensure all employees follow industry-standard health and safety guidelines.
• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
• Cost management of products and assist with new product costings models.
• Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.
