Role and responsibilities:
- Identify and sign new agents (e.g., exchange shop, mobile shops, etc.).
- Follow up the account creation process with the dealer for the new identified POSs.
- Checking the existing agents in the market (awareness/knowledge, e-money availability, printing materials, etc.)
- Checking the tablet status, validate the agent's requirements
- Work with the Marketing Dept to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives.
- Follow with the vendors on the ground for the new materials installation (Lightbox, top signage…etc.)
- Train our dealers for any new offer and make sure our agents are updated with the new information
- Monitor agent balance/transactions and evaluate the agents in his region (which one needs to terminate & which one needs to replace it).
- Check complaints received from agents and sign the complaint list.
- Monitor organisations' registration events and other events on his region.
Professional competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Commerce would be preferred
- Over 2 years of sales experience
- Access to own vehicle with valid driver’s licence
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
